Frequently Asked Questions

Find instant answers regarding Cozor's core features, roles, and pricing structures.

What is Cozor's primary purpose?
Cozor is a premium capital matching and project governance system. It connects raising companies, private investors, and accredited supervisors under a single digital roof to secure deal milestones and make capital flows transparent.
How does the smart escrow system protect capital?
When an investor supports a deal, capital is committed to a secure escrow account on-platform. Instead of releasing the entire sum, funds are deployed in structured portions based on milestones. These milestones must be validated by the project's assigned supervisor before any funds leave escrow.
Who are the supervisors and how do they join?
Supervisors are accredited third-party financial auditors, engineers, or regulatory legal experts. They must submit documentation verifying their professional credentials to join our supervisor directory, allowing companies to hire them for milestone verification.
How are Success Fees and Escrow Fees calculated?
Our dynamic simulator calculates fees based on your projected deal size. Companies pay a success fee of 1% to 3% upon milestone completion, while supervisors charge a service escrow audit fee of 5% to 10% of the managed funds.
Is there a free trial option?
Yes, both companies and investors can register for freemium accounts. Companies can browse accredited partners and list deals with basic parameters, while investors can view a filtered feed of active proposals at no initial cost. Full directory access and smart escrow deployment require upgrading to a premium subscription plan.
