Privacy Policy
At Cozor, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of corporate records, investor identity data, and supervisor audit communications. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, handle, and secure information transmitted across the Cozor ecosystem.
1. Data Ingestion & Collection
We collect standard corporate registrations, investor accreditation verifications, and professional certifications from supervisors. All legal filings, balance sheets, and transaction logs are securely stored under enterprise-grade encryption.
2. End-to-End Encryption & Security
Communications between companies, investors, and supervisors are fully encrypted. Financial transaction records, escrow balance ledgers, and milestone verifications are locked under multi-signature security protocols.
3. Cookies & Analytical Log Files
Cozor utilizes functional cookies to securely store session authentication and local UI states (such as preferred light or dark themes). We do not run third-party tracking pixels or sell user data to marketing aggregators.
Terms of Service
By deploying the Cozor application or utilizing our web-based ecosystem, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the duties, obligations, and fee configurations governing all platform participants.
1. Role Classifications & Responsibilities
- Companies: Responsible for providing accurate financial sheets, progress metrics, and milestone proofs to the system.
- Investors: Guarantee that all deployed funds comply with relevant regional securities and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
- Supervisors: Act as neutral audit authorities, verifying that milestones are met before escrow funds are released.
2. Escrow Account Rules
Funds committed to a company's projected deal size are held in secure smart escrow accounts. These funds can only be released upon mutual milestone verification or official supervisor approval.
3. Success and Platform Fees
All success and transaction fees (e.g. 1% to 3% success fees for companies and 5% to 10% escrow fees for supervisors) are calculated automatically and deducted upon successful capital deployment.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Cozor acts solely as an interactive platform and administrative bridge. We do not provide investment advice, asset valuations, or guarantee fundraising success. Capital deployment carries inherent financial risk.
